Program Description |
The goal of the program is to develop and encourage young runners. Perfect for students who want to stay active, and also for those looking to stay in shape for a spring sports season. There are weekly team challenges based on participation, not speed or distance traveled. The weekly challenges include a choice of interval workouts and distance workouts. The season ends with a virtual 5k with the AWR Running Rams.

4th, 5th and 6th grades boys and girls. All paces are welcome. No experience necessary!

Weekly Friday Zooms, 20 minutes long, between 3-4pm

Sign Ups will begin Monday, April 5th and will continue until April 16th (or until we reach 60 participants) .
