Who: All Salt Brook students grades K-6 and their families
When: Tuesday, May 21, 2019 6:15-8:00pm
1st session: 6:20-7:05, check-in at 6:15
2nd session: 7:15-8:00
Where: Salt Brook School Media Center/various classrooms.
The evening will begin promptly at 6:15 p.m.. Fun library-media related sessions will be facilitated by Salt Brook teachers and staff. While each session will be open to a limited number of participants, there will be enough variety for all to partake. In an effort to try to accommodate all participants, some activities will be open for families to drop in throughout the evening, and other activities will be offered as sessions with clear start and end times. The first session will take place from 6:20-7:05 p.m., and the second session will take place from 7:15-8:00 p.m.. The evening event will conclude at the end of the second session.
Parents are expected to accompany their child to each session and engage with them in the activities. The sessions offered will highlight Media Center resources as well as book and/or media inspired activities. Together, teachers, staff, students, and families will have an opportunity to share in Salt Brook’s love of learning! Without a doubt, it will be a night you won’t want to miss!
Through your continued commitment to Salt Brook School, our students and school continue to flourish. As a result of the community's generosity, the school has been able to purchase new materials and complete various building projects. It has had an impressive impact on all, creating an engaging stage for learning! Still, with your support and donations at the Library Media Bonanza event, we as a community are sure to continue to make a difference in our school. So come out and enjoy the evening. All proceeds will benefit the library and help us to further fulfill our vision of a vibrant 21st century school.

Please sign up to bring one or two dozen baked goods. To keep things simple, please wrap items in small quantities appropriate to sell for $1.00 each (e.g. two cookies wrapped together for $1.00). Please - no baked goods with nuts or peanut butter.
We are asking for volunteers to sign up for shifts to work at the bake sale. The first shift will help with set-up and selling; the last shift with selling and clean-up.
The library event itself runs from 6:15-8:15.
