Sign your child up For a craft-to-go!

Like all things 2020, The HOLIDAY CRAFT will look different this year! Color Me Mine will be assembling "Craft-to-go-bags" that will be sent home with all participating students for $18 each. Bags will be sent home Dec 1 (groups A and D) and Dec 2 (group B). Group C please pick up from Main Office by Dec 2. Your child will have the opportunity to paint one of the below items of their choice at home (glaze paints do not stain clothes, furniture, counters). Students will then return their completed projects back to school preferably Friday 12/4 but no later than Monday December 7. There is a table in the main lobby labeled Holiday Craft Drop off. Please return in the bag it came in. Color Me Mine will collect them, fire them for a finished look and then return them back to the school. Names will be labeled on the bottom. Please don’t paint over the bottom. Completed projects will be redistributed to the students and sent back home with them (Group C students will pick up and drop off their projects at the main office). Completed projects will be returned around 12/16.
Instructions:
  • Before you begin have a clear workspace with a small cup of water for rinsing the brush and a paper towel to dry the brush between colors
  • Plan your design
  • Two coats of paint are needed for finished product to be opaque. Let first coat dry before applying second coat.
  • Please check the child’s name which is already on the bottom with grade (e.g. Chloe B. K1 or John S. 4B). Please don’t paint over the name on the bottom.
  • We are lending you the brushes and paint pots, please rinse out and return in the bag with your painted craft.
  • Please return any unused supplies.
  • Please return in the same bag you received the project with the child’s name clearly labeled on it. ​
