The MySchoolAnywhere platform that we've been using in previous years recently merged with Membership Toolkit, which is very similar. To consolidate our directory, online sales, volunteer sign-ups we have remained with this system, but if you had an account from last year, it is no longer active. You can delete the MSA app from your phone and download the Membership Toolkit app instead.
We invite you to visit saltbrookpta.membershiptoolkit.com to see everything your PTA/PTO has to offer this year. Once you create a Membership Toolkit Account, you will have access to upcoming calendar events, make purchases, sign up to volunteer and much, much more.
If you opted in to the PTA directory when you completed your school forms from the district, then your info is already in our database. You simply need to setup your Membership Toolkit account to access and confirm it so that you can take advantage of our online services. Here's what you need to do:
Click on the Register/Login button. If you happen to already have an account with another school that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below. This wouldn't apply to you if you simply had an account last year at Salt Brook.
Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.
Click "Verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.
Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information.
Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.
Once these forms are complete, you will be presented with forms for PTA Membership, Spirit Wear, and volunteer opportunities. All of your Back-to-School needs in one convenient place!
Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account (meaning other parents in your family or guardians). This allows the secondary user to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
